Leadership Empowerment, Assessment, and Development Program

To develop strengths, ability and inherent talent in a handful of key development areas, LEAD is your most economical one-on-one coaching option. Developed by Reliant PhDs, LEAD offers outside perspective and addresses real-time business challenges.

After an initial one-on one-session, an assessment and a feedback review, a development plan is agreed upon by your Reliant coach, the client and her manager. Utilizing Reliant’s myDashboard™ and myDartboard™ instruments, clients will improve core leadership competencies in both current and future roles.

The client may be assigned readings, experiences, fieldwork, simulations, or assessments between sessions. ThinkBox is used to support and sustain coaching. This program is right for companies who want their leaders to develop in the right direction.

Reliant’s Targeted Coaching teaches how to refine specific behaviors and is tailored to be “just in time.” Your coach will help you build awareness and master identified behaviors and competencies.
